Really helpful and friendly staff, and the room was spotless. the room was a good size with a hairdryer provided. I liked the modern style of the decor. Overall, it was a nice stay, just like always. 🌟

Overall - nice place with courteous staff in timely manner. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus an iron/ironing board, a work desk and TV. Spacious bedroom, pleasant and marvellous location.

We really enjoyed it. Didn't want to leave. - Had ideal location to the center of London. - Just next door to Redbridge's Town Hall. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this lovely hotel in Ilford and would highly recommend it. the hotel's convenient location next to Redbridge's Town Hall made it easy for us to explore the center of London. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave.
